If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition, postmarked within 30 days of the date of shipment^ from JunoJewelry.com, for a refund or an exchange, less shipping and insurance costs. Please note that any merchandise that shows signs of wear or has been altered by a third party will not be returnable. Also, please be advised that for custom orders, there will be a 10% restocking fee or may not be returnable.***
To Return an Item
1. Obtain Return Authorization Code - Please email your request to Returns@JunoJewelry.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization Code. Please make sure to fill out the return merchandise card.
2. Package your Returns - Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, please do not write JunoJewelry.com or the contents of the box anywhere on the outside of the box. Please make sure your name (The name of the purchaser on the receipt) is visible on the outside of your shipping package. Packages without proper name or insurance will be refused receipt.
