JunoJewelry.com offers a 30-day return period for a full refund (minus any special requests), as long as everything is returned in its original condition and with all its contents. We require that all items be included in your return in the condition you received them or a replacement fee will apply. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and reviewed. Other requests have included the use of more or less stones or different size stones for a particular item. Such requests may be possible, but are non-refundable, unless there is an error on behalf of JunoJewelry.com. We reserve the right to correct any issues prior to issuing a refund. JunoJewelry.com ships internationally to via FedEx International Priority at a flat rate of $85. Please email a representative at Service@JunoJewelry.com for shipping instructions. All shipments are fully insured during transit.
We accept credit cards from Canadian customers if the billing and shipping addresses are the same. Wire transfers are required for all other international orders at this time. JunoJewelry.com does not charge sales tax to international orders.
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. JunoJewelry.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that JunoJewelry.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
