30 Day Returns

 

JunoJewelry.com believes in full satisfaction of our customers. We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition, postmarked within 30 days of the date of purchase from JunoJewelry.com, for a refund or an exchange, less shipping and insurance costs. Please note that any merchandise that shows signs of wear, has been altered by a third party, or customized rings (including engraving) will not be returnable unless you have written consent by one of our agents previous to the purchase. Also, please be advised that for all orders, there may be a 20% restocking fee or may not be returnable without a written consent by a customer service agent.

To Return an Item

1. Obtain Return Authorization Number - Please email your request to Returns@JunoJewelry.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

2. Package your Returns - Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, please do not write JunoJewelry.com or the contents of the box anywhere on the outside of the box. Please make sure your name (The name of the purchaser on the receipt) is visible on the outside of your shipping package. Packages without proper name or insurance will be refused receipt.

3. Ship the Package - if the price of the item purchased is

Less than $500 - then send it via any carrier. Make sure you insure your package for the full purchase price and obtain a "direct signature required" option to make sure your package has reached its destination*

More than $500 - then send it via United States Postal Service. Make sure you insure your package for the full purchase price and obtain a "direct signature required" option to make sure your package has reached its destination*

Name and Address - please make sure that the name (The name of the purchaser on the receipt), address, and the authorization number is fully visible on the outside of your box and send the package to
