All packages shipped from JunoJewelry.com are fully insured to your doorstep. For security purposes, signature is required for all deliveries of products that cost more then $500, regardless of signature waivers you may have on file with and UPS.

JunoJewelry.com offers a 30-day return period for a full refund (minus any special requests), as long as everything is returned in its original condition and with all its contents. We require that all items be included in your return in the condition you received them or a replacement fee will apply. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and reviewed. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, JunoJewelry.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JunoJewelry.com ships internationally to via FedEx International Priority at a flat rate of $89.99. Please email a representative at Service@JunoJewelry.com for shipping instructions. All shipments are fully insured during transit.
We accept credit cards from Canadian customers if the billing and shipping addresses are the same. Wire transfers are required for all other international orders at this time. JunoJewelry.com does not charge sales tax to international orders.
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. JunoJewelry.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that JunoJewelry.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
If your billing address is a P.O. Box or if you would like your delivery to be discreet, you can provide a shipping address other than your billing address. For added security from fraudulent charges to your credit card, please provide the alternate shipping address to your credit card company.
